However, delays caused by missing content, late approvals, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.<\/p>\n CTS Technologies will not be liable for delays caused by client inaction or third-party providers.<\/p>\n Each website project includes a limited number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Significant design changes or new features requested after approval may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n All changes must be clearly communicated in writing.<\/p>\n Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content provided by you<\/p>\n<\/li>\n We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Code, scripts, or proprietary tools developed by CTS Technologies remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Hosting and maintenance services are not included unless explicitly stated. If you need assistance setting up hosting, we can recommend or manage it for you at an additional fee.<\/p>\n Ongoing updates, backups, or troubleshooting require a maintenance plan or hourly billing.<\/p>\n We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Maps, analytics, plugins).
